Everyone is finally coming in to train with the most dominant MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team in Greensboro, NC. Our class was packed last night and everyone trained hard. Royce Gracie Black Belt and professional MMA Fighter and trainer Aitor “Spencer” Canup will be back in class in two weeks as long as everything goes well with he birth of his new daughter. We wish him and his family the best as they bring another life into this world. Make sure you try to make it to Spencer’s classes as he will help keep you all up to date on ranking. He also has more experience than most people in the State when it comes to training and MMA.
It looks like we will be taking a TON of competitors to the Submission only tournament next Saturday in our own city of Greensboro. Everyone needs to train hard and continue doing the extra things outside of class to prepare for this competition. I will be returning to class next Thursday to teach and compete in the tournament as well.
